Do not dry tobacco or papers in a microwave

one day the inevitable happened...my rolling tobacco became wet.In an effort to dry it,I placed the wet tobacco in my microwave oven.after a few seconds,I heard loud explosions coming from my microwave.I looked inside and saw a 3 inch large round fireball inside the top rear of my microwave.I immediately turned the microwave off.It experienced no noticable damage.
A friend of mine also attempted to dry wet rolling papers in his microwave oven.He reported thatafter a few seconds the papers caught on fire.
