A great way of handling procrastination is to meditate on things to do in the future. Many more things could get done that way.
Procrastination is usually caused by one or more of these things:
* Lack of interest in the prpject
* Not desiring to do anything at the moment
* Lack of skill and confidence in oneself to be capable of completing the job.

Learning how to ride a Bicycle
I developed a great way to learn how to ride a bicycle:
* First, sit on the seat of the bicycle.Do NOT place your feet on the pedals.
* Push alternately with your feet. Do not pedal the bicycle.
* Practise staing up on the bicycle; without falling, while pushing the bicycle.
* After being capable of stating upright up to 10 seconds after pushing yourself, start to pedal the bicycle. Go slow until you ride very well.
