Stainless Steel not Suitable for Cooking

Stainless steel does not retain heat well; and actually, repels heat. It is usefull as cookware only due to its sterility. If sterility is the main objective for cookware; as well as chemical resistivity, stainless steel exceeds copper [which may cause brass poisoning]. I would only use stainless steel or platinum ; if I could, for food use only.
