Boiling Eggs

There are many ways to boil eggs; but, I boil them to the piint where they are self pealing.
This is how I boil eggs:
*Place room temperature water in a pot.
* Place the eggs in the pot; and, fill the pot with sufficient water to have 0.5" water above the eggs.
* Boil the eggs on high heat until the water is one half the way down the egg.
The gg shells should be broken at that point; and, peeling off. Some eggs are strong; but the shells are easily peeled off.
